Stunningly beautiful and nice hotel with a snack bar, everything was wonderful. Fairly good room with an umbrella, a great view, a hammock. The staff was amicable and the setting was gorgeous and marvellous. Wonderful overall experience.

Location: the hotel was near to one restaurant and the park Panaca, which is a fun and educacional farm. The room seemed to be clean with good services.

The entire hotel was fairly clean and the room was beautiful and good. The room with king size bed. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was delicious. The whole experience was wonderful.

The location of the hotel is a major advantage, as it is next to the PANACA park, offering easy access to fun activities for the whole family. Additionally, it is close to the main plaza, making it convenient for exploring the local area. Another unique feature is the proximity to a petting zoo, providing an opportunity to interact with animals.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that it is located next to a restaurant, which can result in a noisy environment, especially during meal times.

A Hidden Gem in the Coffee Region

We were initially skeptical about staying at this all-inclusive resort, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, and we loved relaxing on the balcony with a hammock. The buffet food exceeded our expectations, especially for breakfast. The pool was refreshing, although a bit crowded with children. The location was convenient for visiting the nearby Panaca park, and we were able to easily book tours through the hotel's travel agency. we had a great stay at this amazing place in the Colombian mountains.

The value for money was exceptional, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by nature. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The complimentary drinks at the bar were the best thing about my stay. Also, the location near the park was perfect for our family Thanksgiving trip. The restaurant had a good selection of food and the staff was very friendly.

The room we stayed in was old and outdated. The air conditioning barely worked and the shower had very little water pressure.

Loved my weekend at this hotel. Beautiful surroundings and delicious food. the complementary wine and chocolates we received were a nice touch. It's in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions. the pool was lovely and very relaxing.

The rooms were very hot and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the shower was also not very powerful and took a while to warm up.

Spent Christmas with family at this budget all-inclusive hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel's location offered easy walking distance to the pool, restaurant and entertainment areas. One advantage was that the food was enjoyable and there was a good variety of choices. We found it convenient that the resort is attached to a popular attraction where we spent the entire day.

The noise level was high and there were many restrictions limiting our enjoyment. Staff was not very helpful or attentive.

Great family activities, delicious food, Panaca Park nearby, evening entertainment.
